Three Dog Lodge Recipes...
Hub's Coleslaw
Salad
1 head green or red cabbage, thinly sliced
red or green grapes (the opposite color of your cabbage) (to taste)
4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1 bunch green onions, chopped, green parts only
1/2 cup toasted almonds, chopped or thinly sliced
Salt and Pepper to taste

Dressing
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Mix dressing well until sugar is dissolved.  Mix salad ingredients together in large
bowl.  Dress salad approximately `15-30 minutes prior to serving.  Serve chilled.
Herb Coated Lamb with Port-Red Wine Sauce - This is one of our favorites. Originally
used for our Christmas Eve Dinner, it's become a standard for special occasions.  Try it
with the suggested Mashed Yams and Apples.  Hmmm.
Island Macaroons -  Since 2004 these addictive treats are sprinkled around the lodge
during Thanksgiving weekend to give you the energy to get to the next meal. Try adding
orange zest to the batter to give it an even better flavor.
